4-mdp-kristal is een Research Chemical die net als 3-CMC, a-PiHP, 4-mdp-kristal & NEP behoort tot de cathinone klasse. wordt gezien als de beste vervanger van 3-MMC & 3-CMC. Sinds 28 oktober 2021 staat het welbekende en populaire 3-MMC op de opiumlijst II, op deze lijst staan de softdrugs (zoals hasj en wiet).
